Marta Ostler

PT, CWS, CLT, CCS, DAPWCA

Marta is a native of Wyoming, born on a ranch outside of Dayton. She worked in California for a brief time before returning home to the Sheridan area. Marta worked for Wyoming Rehab and Sheridan Memorial Hospital for 24 years, helping grow Wyoming Rehab and building the wound clinic at the hospital. Marta moved to Billings in 2017. She worked at St. Vincent's Healthcare establishing a wound and lymphedema program in the outpatient clinic. Marta has returned to Sheridan to continue serving the residents in the area with her skills in physical therapy treatment and wound healing

Teresa Williams

Office Manager

Teresa was born and raised in Hastings, Nebraska. She earned her Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Human Services Administration from Hastings College in 1988. She moved to Sheridan in September 1996 after living in Laramie for 4.5 years. Her passion is helping others. She was an Assistant Director at Basic Beginnings while living in Laramie. From 1999-2012, she was the statewide Director of Child Care Resource and Referral Services program known as Child Care Finder. Since then she has been in the medical billing field working first for radiologist Dr Daniel Alzheimer and most recently for Eye Care of the Big Horns.

Teresa and her husband, Mike, have 3 grown children: Bryce, Marisa and Colton. She also has 2 grandchildren, Ryker and Paxton, whom she loves to spend time with

Alanna JonesDPT

Alanna Jones

Alanna recently relocated to beautiful Sheridan County from Cheyenne, Wyoming. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Davis and Elkins College in 2014 while playing softball at the collegiate level. She then attended Pacific University where she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. She is passionate about working in women’s health, especially helping prenatal and postpartum women feel confident and prepared for birth and their recovery afterwards. She also has thorough training in vestibular rehabilitation and is a fall prevention specialist. Alanna is excited to work with the community members of Sheridan to improve their quality of life and achieve their goals by encouraging proactive and positive treatment plans.

Tim Stiles

PT

Tim Stiles earned his BS and Majored in Physical Therapy at the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine in 1996. Over the years he has practiced in numerous clinical settings but primarily in outpatient orthopedics and men’s pelvic health. This has provided him with increase knowledge in the care and treatment of a variety of patients. Over the past few years he has been working in men’s pelvic health treating incontinence, pelvic pain, constipation and urinary frequency. Tim uses manual therapies, modalities, therapeutic exercises and education to get people back to being more active and functional lifestyles.
